About Xtant Energy

Xtant Energy Ltd was founded to fill a gap that we kept seeing in the commercial and agricultural energy market: large farms and rural businesses with serious energy challenges, being sold undersized, off-the-shelf systems that couldn't cope with real-world demand.

We operate exclusively at commercial scale. Our smallest projects are around 30kWp. Our largest to date exceed 300kWp with over a megawatt-hour of battery storage. In between, we install across a wide range of agricultural and commercial sites — grain farms, dairy units, equestrian properties, rural estates, and off-grid holdings.

Victron Energy expertise

We are a Victron Energy Approved Installer, and the Victron ecosystem — Quattro, MultiPlus-II, SmartSolar MPPT, Cerbo GX, Lynx chain — is the core of most of the systems we design. We've been working with Victron hardware for over a decade and have deep hands-on knowledge of multi-unit parallel and three-phase configurations, DVCC control, and VRM remote management that most installers simply don't have.

Where we are based

Our office and workshop is in Leominster, Herefordshire (HR6). We work regularly across the Welsh Borders, West Midlands, Mid Wales, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, and Cheshire, but we're genuinely able to take on projects anywhere in England or Wales for the right project.
